Getting started
Do I need a certain level to join?+
No. Rooms are labelled Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or Any level. Start one level below where you think you are — you will speak more.
What equipment do I need?+
A browser and a microphone. Headphones make it much better for everyone else in the room. A camera is optional.
How far ahead can I book?+
The timetable shows the next eight weeks. Most people book the same day.
In the room
What if nobody talks?+
That is what the host is for. Every breakout starts with a question card, and the host drops in when a pair goes quiet.
Can I just listen the first time?+
Yes, and plenty of people do. Tell the host at the start and they will keep the pressure off until you are ready.
What if I have to leave halfway?+
Leave after the first 30-minute half. The room is built to be split in two.
Plans and billing
Is the free plan time-limited?+
No. One meeting a week, for as long as you want it.
Can I change plan later?+
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the month you already paid for.
How do I cancel?+
From your dashboard, in one click. No email, no retention call.
