Your account

One account per person. Keep your password to yourself — bookings made from your account are your responsibility.

Booking and cancelling

Seats are limited. If you cannot attend, cancel so someone else can take the seat. Repeatedly booking and not showing up may cost you booking rights.

Conduct in rooms

Rooms are for practising a language. Harassment, hate speech, recording other members, and advertising get you removed without a refund.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.

Availability

We aim to keep the timetable full, but individual rooms can be cancelled if a host is unavailable. Cancelled rooms never count against your weekly allowance.
